Prominent Sire Lines in America IV

SKU # 2201A-lV

Originally co-authored by Scott Dudley in 1979, Prominent Sire Lines in America lV is the latest update of the coveted genealogy poster print since Scott's third edition, Prominent Sire Lines in America 2000 was published nearly 15-years ago.

Prominent Sire Lines in America IV is the fourth edition of the comprehensive Thoroughbred genealogy print which displays the prominent male lineage of the American Thoroughbred in an easy to follow copyrighted concentric circular format.  Encompassing more than 300 years of American breeding history, trace all of the prominent American sires, including Phalaris, Nasrullah, Northern Dancer and Mr. Prospector back to the late 1600s and to the very genesis of the modern Thoroughbred race horse originating with Byerly Turk, Godolphin Barb and The Darley Arabian.
Prominent Sire Lines in America lV includes recent stars of the American turf, including the ill-fated Barbaro, as well as current prominent sires, Tapit, Kitten's Joy, Candy Ride (ARG), Medaglia d'Oro, Curlin, Smart Strike, Malibu Moon among many others.

The new Prominent Sire Lines in America IV consists of the 777 past and present stallions of the American turf that have made an indelible mark on the breeding stock which we know today and is located in The National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame in Saratoga Springs, New York.

Sized at 23" x 35" (58.42 cm x 88.90 cm) this brilliantly produced work of art is printed on 80# Earthstone Classic Crest recycled paper and is accentuated by classic burgundy borders.   It's not only an elegant and stylish piece of art, suitable for offices, dens, lobbies and conference rooms of every horsemen and horsewoman, but also a must-have addition to your breeding references.

Not framed.

Prominent Sire Lines in America ll (1987) and Prominent Sire Lines in America 2000 are also available for purchase.
